1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GGameChamps, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. To participate in paid entry tournaments or receive cash prizes, you must meet the legal age requirements of your jurisdiction (usually 18+). Employees and immediate family members of GGameChamps are not eligible for prizes.

3Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

By uploading, submitting, or otherwise displaying any content (including but not limited to video clips, game highlights, audio, and commentary) on GGameChamps, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Transfer of Rights: You hereby irrevocably assign and transfer to GGameChamps all right, title, and interest in and to the submitted content, including all intellectual property rights, worldwide and in perpetuity.
• Exclusive Usage: GGameChamps shall have the exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your content in any media formats and through any media channels (now known or hereafter developed).
• Waiver of Moral Rights: You affirm that you strictly own the content or have the necessary licenses to transfer ownership, and you waive any "moral rights" or rights of privacy/publicity in connection with the content.

4Tournament Rules

We support all games ITW, but each tournament has specific rules. By entering, you agree to:

• Submit only original content created by you.
• Not use unauthorized third-party software (cheats/hacks).
• Accept the results of community voting and admin decisions as final.

5Prizes and Payments

Prizes are awarded based on tournament results. We are not responsible for any taxes associated with the receipt of prizes. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and you must comply with their terms of service.

6User Conduct

Harassment, hate speech, spamming, and other disruptive behavior will result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these terms without refund of entry fees.

7Modifications

GGameChamps reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
